DOKKAF'25 Information Meeting Held at Our Vocational School of Health Services

An information meeting was held at our school on December 19, 2024, as part of the preparations for the Eastern Black Sea Career Fair (DOKKAF'25), which will be hosted by our university on April 21-22, 2025. The fair's introductory meeting, which will include the participation of Avrasya University, Gümüşhane University, Karadeniz Technical University, Ordu University, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, and Trabzon University as partners, was attended by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ŞAHİN, Rector's Advisor Prof. Dr. Eren BAŞ, Our School Director Prof. Dr. Aytaç GÜDER, Vice Director Dr. Taşkın ÖZKAN, our University's Project Support and Management Coordinator Prof. Dr. Erol EĞRİOĞLU, KAYBIMER Deputy Director Lect. Burcu AKKAYA, and our academic staff.

In their opening speeches, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ŞAHİN and School Director Prof. Dr. Aytaç GÜDER emphasized the importance of DOKKAF'25 for our students' career development and invited all students to participate in the fair. Following this, Lect. Burcu AKKAYA provided detailed information about the registration process for DOKKAF'25. For free participation in the fair, our students need to:

• Visit dokkaf.giresun.edu.tr
• Log in to the platform with a student account through yetenekkapisi.org/login accessed from the "Registration" tab
• Update their profile information (graduation status, education, and personal information)
• Apply for DOKKAF'25 through the "Career Fairs" menu
• Save or print the QR code they will receive after registration

Student representatives were selected on behalf of our school at the meeting. Prof. Dr. EĞRİOĞLU also provided information about TÜBİTAK 2209 projects for our students. Emphasizing the presence of valuable academic staff at our school, Prof. Dr. EĞRİOĞLU expressed that they expect TÜBİTAK 2209 project applications from our school.
