Program Objective and Scope
The Anesthesia program aims to train qualified technicians who can safely and effectively perform anesthesia applications during surgical interventions and are competent in using and maintaining anesthesia devices. Established within Giresun University School of Health Services in 2011, our program aims to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Education Model
- 2-year formal education (Language of instruction: Turkish)
- 3+1 Workplace Training Model
- 3 semesters of theoretical and practical courses at school
- 1 semester of full-time professional training at healthcare institutions
