The Therapy and Rehabilitation Department aims to train health technicians who acquire the knowledge and skills to apply treatment approaches for all types of injuries, diseases, ageing, pain, functional disorders and disabilities that cause movement impairment; who are competent in physiotherapy practice; and who improve patients' quality of life. In addition to theoretical training, the programme offered within the department provides students with practical learning opportunities.

Within the scope of the Framework Regulation on Applied Education in Higher Education; students attend theoretical and applied courses at school for 3 semesters, then complete 1 semester of full-time vocational training at a healthcare institution. This model facilitates students' adaptation to the professional world and enables them to gain experience in real working environments.
