Dialysis Program

The program aims to train healthcare technicians who will be responsible for initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis treatments, maintaining dialysis machines, and educating patients and their relatives about dialysis therapy, while upholding patient rights and professional ethical values. The program was established in 2011 within Giresun University School of Health Services.

• 2-year formal education (Language of instruction: Turkish)
• 3+1 Workplace Training Model
• 3 semesters of theoretical and practical courses at school
• 1 semester of full-time professional training at healthcare institutions
