Job Description for Permanent Cleaning Staff

Performs all necessary auxiliary activities in accordance with the purposes and principles determined by the Senior Management of the School of Health Services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning and drying of floors.
Mopping dry floors (in the morning and when necessary) and organizing all usage areas.
Disinfecting bathrooms (morning), including sinks, tiles, marble, basins, mirrors, washing, and emptying trash bins daily.
Filling out and signing daily bathroom task charts.
Dusting all office equipment (office desks, file cabinets, computers, printers, phones, plants, etc.).
Cleaning all office and management rooms in the building.
Cleaning and organizing warehouses and storage areas when needed.
Daily checking of accumulated garbage, collecting full bins, and taking them to the waste collection area.
Ventilating the entire building every morning and noon, ensuring all items and areas are organized.
Cleaning, mopping, and maintaining building entrance areas, stairs, and railings up to the ground floor.
Cleaning interior doors and glass areas of the building.
Closing all doors and windows, turning off lights, and shutting down forgotten air conditioners near the end of work hours.
Other Duties
Performing department cleaning according to cleaning instructions and carrying out other support services.
Transporting documents to and from relevant locations while maintaining confidentiality and security.
Staying in the assigned room when not working.
Not leaving the department without supervisor permission.
Using and maintaining equipment according to usage instructions.
Complying with measures taken to ensure a disciplined working environment.
Conducting work in harmony and cooperation.
Cleaning Rules
Immediately reporting malfunctions and areas requiring repair to management.
Taking care not to splash dirt on walls, avoiding dust dispersion, and using vacuum equipment. Removing dust after cleaning and returning moved items to their original positions without causing damage during transport and placement.
Collecting garbage and waste materials from floors in tied bags and taking them to waste collection centers.
Management may reschedule or increase the frequency of weekly or monthly cleaning tasks with prior notice.
Using separate colored cloths and buckets for bathrooms and other areas. Bathroom cleaning materials must never be used in other areas.
Taking all necessary precautions during disinfection to prevent damage; any resulting material or moral responsibility belongs to the individual.
Repeating cleaning if not approved by management.
Performing work and operations on days determined by management.
Carrying out necessary tasks as per management instructions.
Performing cleaning when staff are not in their offices, ensuring desks and other areas are left organized after cleaning.
Avoiding behaviors that disturb staff during work.
Ensuring furniture is moved without damage when rearranging office spaces.
Auxiliary Services Staff must maintain polite and professional relationships with supervisors, officers, and other personnel, avoiding any conflicts or arguments, and channeling complaints through the institutional employee representative.
Performing other tasks assigned by the School Principal, Vice Principals, and School Secretary.
Responsibilities
Providing necessary administrative services to internal and external stakeholders.
Behaving in accordance with ethical rules and fulfilling duties.
Following regulations and preventing non-compliant activities and operations.
Maintaining accurate and current information related to duties.
Ensuring satisfaction of all individuals entering the work environment.
Conducting work in harmony and cooperation.
Informing relevant staff about workflow, completed tasks, and requirements before taking any leave.
Being primarily responsible to the School Secretary.
