REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
The following documents are required for final registration from students whose lateral transfers have been approved by the relevant administrative boards:

1. Lateral transfer registration form CLICK HERE
2. ID card photocopy
3. Passport photos (2 pieces)
4. Course contents
5. Document certifying that there is no obstacle to lateral transfer, in accordance with YÖK's letter numbered E.50957
6. Evening program students will pay their tuition fees through Ziraat Bank ATMs or Ziraat Bank mobile banking using the student number given after registration.
7. For students enrolled in evening programs who want to apply to daytime programs: document proving they are in the top 10% of their current program
8. Original documents requested in the application (can be any of the following: wet signature, e-signature, e-government printout, or documents obtained from the university's official website)

 FINAL REGISTRATION DATES AND LOCATION
1. Final Registration Dates (Main List)           : August 26-29  2025
2. Final Registration Dates (Reserve List*)     : September 02-03       2025
 (*: Reserve list: In programs where a reserve list is announced, registrations are made according to the ranking on the list to replace those from the main list who do not register.)
                                                                     
FINAL REGISTRATIONS AND RESERVE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT THE "HEALTH SERVICES VOCATIONAL SCHOOL".
