The First Aid and Emergency Care Program and the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program within our college have earned full accreditation for a period of 4 years, valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029. These programs are the first accredited programs at our university, and this achievement marks an important milestone in terms of the educational quality and institutional development of our college.

The accreditation process not only certifies the compliance of educational activities with national quality standards but also strengthens the recognition of our students' post-graduation qualifications and contributes to ensuring their professional competence. The alignment of our programs with the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TYÇ) and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) increases the transparency, comparability, and recognition of our diplomas at the national and international levels, offering significant benefits to our students.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Accreditation, Academic Evaluation, and Quality Coordination Unit of Giresun University for their valuable support, guidance, and contributions in achieving this important success, and to our Coordinator and Rector's Chief Advisor, Prof. Dr. Mustafa ŞANAL, and the entire coordination team.

Our college will continue to work steadfastly to strengthen the culture of quality assurance and provide our students with high-quality education that meets national and international standards.

This significant achievement has been recognized not only for our University but also as a noteworthy development for regional higher education and health education; the topic has also been widely covered in local media outlets. Thus, our University's quality-focused efforts have been shared with the public, further enhancing its institutional visibility.
