Academic Staff Satisfaction Survey

Summary:

38 participants took part in the survey, with an overall satisfaction rate of 74% for 2025. Areas of least satisfaction: Office arrangement, reward system implementation, and motivation activities. Areas of highest satisfaction: Informational meetings on strategic goals, pride in being a member of the institution, and reference to strategic plan objectives in routine operations.

Mission, Vision and Slogan Stakeholder Survey

Summary:

In the survey conducted between March 13-21, 2025, with 253 stakeholder participants, the proposed mission statement was approved with a 79.37% acceptance rate. The vision statement received a 64.98% acceptance rate. Among slogan preferences, "From Knowledge to Skills, From Theory to Practice" was selected as the most preferred slogan with 33.76% and was adopted by the Board of Directors.
