ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF DIPLOMAS BY CARGO

Dear Graduates,

After your graduation procedures are completed, please visit mbs.giresun.edu.tr and log in to the Giresun University Alumni Information System through the “Alumni Login” section. Create your alumni account and update your personal information by selecting “Update My Profile” from the left menu.

Then, open “View My Profile” and fill out the “Diploma Request Form.” Send the required documents (your Giresun University student ID card and, if available, your Temporary Graduation Certificate) by cargo to the unit you graduated from (faculty/institute/vocational school).

The approved form is instantly transmitted to your academic unit. Once your mailed documents arrive, the disaffiliation process will be carried out online by your unit.

Please ensure that you have no library debts or tuition/contribution fees owed. If there are any issues preventing the process, you will be informed. Otherwise, your diploma will be sent to the address you specified via collect-on-delivery cargo.

You can track all stages of your application through the Diploma Request Form interface.

IMPORTANT! Diplomas are delivered personally and will not be handed over to anyone other than the diploma holder.
