New Department Established at Giresun University School of Health Services

An important step has been taken in the field of digital health at Giresun University School of Health Services. The Department of Database, Network Design and Management has been established at our school.

The Tele-Health Technician Program opened under this new department has been created to train qualified technical personnel needed in the healthcare sector's digital transformation process.

The program will provide education in remote patient monitoring, digital health platforms, and telemedicine applications. Graduates will be employed in hospitals, health centers, telemedicine companies, and health technology firms.

With the 3+1 Vocational Education Model, three semesters of theoretical and practical education and one semester of full-time workplace training will be provided.

Student enrollment will begin for the first time in the 2025-2026 academic year.
