Applications for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) University Scholarship Have Started

The Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) has opened applications for the 2025–2026 academic year university scholarships between September 15 and October 9, 2025.

With the mission of promoting equal opportunities in education, TEV provides financial support to thousands of students every year. In the 2025–2026 academic year, university students will receive a monthly scholarship of 5,800 TL for a total of nine months (October–June). The first payment will be made collectively in December.

Applications will be made online via the Obigenç mobile platform developed by TEV. University students can download the Obigenç mobile app free of charge from App Store or Google Play.

In addition to the main scholarship, TEV will also provide a Complementary Support Program offering 1,500 TL for meals, 1,000 TL for transportation, or 500 TL for books and stationery each month to at least 2,500 scholarship holders.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
• Must demonstrate financial need,
• Must be enrolled in a state university (formal education),
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00 (65/100),
• Must be under the age of 25,
• Must not receive a scholarship from another institution (KYK loan excluded).
