Pursuant to the provisions of the “Regulation on Transfer, Double Major, Minor and Credit Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions” and the “Giresun University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation”, the evaluation process for applicants who applied for inter-institutional horizontal transfer to associate degree programs for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester has been completed.

As a result of the evaluation, the principal and reserve candidate lists eligible for horizontal transfer are provided below.

A. INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESULTS
1. Candidates listed on the principal list must complete their final registration within the specified dates.
2. In case principal candidates fail to register, registration will be granted to reserve candidates according to ranking order.
3. Candidates who do not complete registration within the given period will forfeit their rights.
4. Final registration procedures will be carried out by the Vocational School of Health Services.

C. FINAL REGISTRATION DATES
1. Final Registration Dates (Principal List) : February 02 – 03, 2026
2. Final Registration Dates (Reserve List) : February 05 – 06, 2026

D. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
Candidates approved by the relevant administrative boards are required to submit the following documents during final registration:
1. Horizontal transfer registration form
2. Copy of national ID card / passport
3. Biometric photographs (2 copies)
4. Course descriptions (syllabi)
5. An official document stating that there is no obstacle to horizontal transfer pursuant to the Council of Higher Education Letter No. E.50957
*Original copies of the uploaded documents will be requested during final registration.*

E. REGISTRATION PLACE
Final and reserve registrations will be carried out at the Vocational School of Health Services.
