Applied First Aid Training from First and Emergency Aid Society Students to Primary School Pupils

Applied first aid training was provided to 2nd-grade students of 19 Eylül Primary School by our Vocational School and the First and Emergency Aid Society. The training, held on May 8, 2026, at 19 Eylül Primary School, was conducted under the leadership of society academic advisors Lecturer Figen ÇİÇEK and Assoc. Prof. Dr. İlginç KIZILPINAR TEMİZER, with the active participation of students from the First and Emergency Aid programme.

The training aimed to raise first aid awareness from an early age and was delivered using language appropriate for the pupils' age level. Within the scope of the training, practical information was provided on the importance of staying calm in emergencies, how to correctly call the 112 Emergency Call Centre, and the necessary interventions for common accidents such as nosebleeds, minor injuries, burns, and falls.

We would like to thank our faculty members and the student members of the First and Emergency Aid Society for their contributions to this meaningful event, which was met with great enthusiasm by the young students.
