Our First and Emergency Aid Students Receive TÜBİTAK 2209-A Project Support! (07.07.2026)

The project prepared by Sıla ELEVLİ and Merve SOLCAN, students of the First and Emergency Aid Programme at the Vocational School of Health Services, Giresun University, has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK "2209-A Research Projects Support Programme for University Students (2025/1)" call.

The project titled "The Effect of Vicarious Trauma Caused by Media-Mediated Exposure to Disasters on Disaster Attitudes among University Students", supervised by Lecturer Şeyma DİLMEN, one of the academic staff of our Vocational School, successfully passed the evaluation process and was deemed worthy of support by TÜBİTAK.

We congratulate our First and Emergency Aid Programme students on the project team and our esteemed advisor, and wish them continued success in their work.
