A Visit to Giresun 112 Emergency Call Center

Students from the First and Emergency Aid Program and the Telehealth Program of our Vocational School visited the Giresun 112 Emergency Call Center in order to contribute to their professional development.

Within the scope of the visit, the call center was introduced. Our students had the opportunity to examine the workspaces of the call operators on-site. Detailed information was provided to the students on how emergency calls are received and how they are effectively routed to the relevant units.

During this insightful technical trip, our students were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Aytaç GÜDER, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Deniz CANDAN, and Lecturer Figen ÇİÇEK.
