DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
The following documents are required for final registration from students whose lateral transfer has been approved by the relevant administrative boards:

1.Lateral transfer registration formCLICK HERE
2.Photocopy of identity card
3.Photograph (1 copy)
4.Transcript
5.Course contents
6.Document Certifying That There Is No Impediment to Lateral Transfer, pursuant to the letter of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) numbered E.50957
7.Originals of the documents requested at application (these may be any of the following: wet-signed, e-signed, e-Government printout, or documents obtained from the official website of the university)

 FINAL REGISTRATION DATES AND PLACE
1. Final Registration Dates (Primary List) : 02 - 07 September 2026
2. Final Registration Dates (Reserve List) : 08 - 10 September 2026
(*: In programmes for which a reserve list has been announced, candidates are registered according to their ranking on the list in place of those on the primary list who do not register. Candidates who do not complete their final registration on the specified dates lose their rights.)

FINAL REGISTRATION AND RESERVE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE "VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF HEALTH SERVICES".
