About MEDEK
MEDEK (Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association) was established in 2021 with the encouragement and support of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) to contribute to the qualified workforce within the framework of Turkey's strategic development plans.
The association was authorized by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK) in 2023 to accredit 83 programs, and in 2025, it has been authorized to accredit 111 programs.
